Plentiful advised me to contact you for the expired item that I received 3 days ago. The expiration date is from February 2024, doesn’t matter what kind of item it was. We know that food items have EXPIRATION DATES for several reasons but for sure they should not be in circulation for human consumption after 8 months.

- Is there a person at Masbia RESPONSIBLE for such outrageous mishaps?

- Does it happen often?

- Are there any measures in place to avoid them happening again?

- Is the person responsible reprimanded for such mistakes, or

- Is it possible that people working at MASBIA don’t even know, let alone to be educated that NO EXPIRED ITEMS SHOULD BE PUT IN CIRCULATION EVER?

Let’s hope the authorities in Albany don’t know about such issues.
